Committee Purpose:
The ACC is responsible for administering the architectural Crystal River Ranch (CRR) by laws and related covenants. Three volunteer board members typically make up the ACC committee. They serve as stewards to maintain the richness and unique CRR community character. To achieve its goals the ACC uses common sense regulation approaches. ACC Permit Request Steps:

3. ACC will make best effort within 3 days to acknowledge receipt of your permit application, review and contact you with any questions.
